Learn The Psych is a psychology education and coaching platform built to support learners at every stage of the psychology journey — from students preparing for entrance exams to professionals building specialised clinical and academic skills.
Who are we?
We currently prepare students for a range of psychology entrance examinations, including CUET UG and CUET-PG Psychology, M.A./M.Clin.Psy entrance exams (RCI-approved Clinical Psychology programs), and coaching for international licensing pathways such as the UAE’s DHA, DOH, and MOHAP psychologist licensing exams — through structured, concept-driven teaching rather than overwhelming volumes of material. Every course is built and delivered by psychologists and educators with direct clinical, teaching, and curriculum-development experience, not generic content. Our approach favours studying smarter over studying more: concise Snapshot Notes, visual mind maps, flashcards built on active recall, and mentors who are genuinely reachable. Whether you’re a student appearing for an entrance exam or a professional building specialised skills, Learn The Psych aims to make psychology learning structured, credible, and accessible.

About the Founder
Sumedha Pawar
Sumedha Pawar is the Founder of Learn The Psych — a psychologist, educator, and curriculum developer with experience teaching psychology across senior secondary and postgraduate education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Family and Marriage Counselling, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Manipal), and is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology (Manipal). Her professional experience spans teaching CBSE and postgraduate psychology students, mentoring learners preparing for higher education, and contributing to postgraduate curriculum development — including mentoring two students to CBSE Class XII Psychology centums (100/100). Through Learn The Psych, she brings that academic and clinical experience together into one structured coaching platform.

Dear Future Psychologist,
Welcome to Learn The Psych.
When I was preparing for my own MSc Clinical Psychology and M.Phil./PhD entrance examinations, I believed coaching would simplify things. Instead, I found myself buried in notes that read like textbooks and hours of lectures that added volume without adding clarity. That experience stayed with me. Later, teaching psychology first at the senior secondary level and then to MSc Clinical Psychology students, and working on postgraduate curriculum design, I kept arriving at the same realisation: students don’t need more material, they need better learning experiences. That idea is what Learn The Psych is built on.
Working more directly with students as faculty has also shown me how much psychology education has to offer beyond exam preparation. So while Learn The Psych began with entrance exam coaching, it was never meant to stop there. My goal is to build one platform where a student preparing for a CUET or MSc entrance exam and a professional building specific clinical skills can both find something built with the same care. Every course here is designed the same way — with clarity over volume, and understanding over memorising.
